You represent that you are legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your accounts, credentials, and connected devices.

SherAlgo provides trading software tools and related support materials for MetaTrader 5 workflows. Features may be modified, replaced, or discontinued as the product evolves.

SherAlgo does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions are solely your responsibility. Trading leveraged markets carries material risk, including the risk of total loss.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with technical protections, automate abuse, violate broker/platform terms, or use the service in any unlawful manner.

All rights, title, and interest in SherAlgo software, content, branding, and documentation remain with SherAlgo or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Pricing is displayed at checkout and may change in future offerings. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, foreign exchange costs, processor fees, and local compliance obligations.

SherAlgo may rely on third-party providers, including brokers, MT5 infrastructure, hosting, and payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, account actions, latency, or policy changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

SherAlgo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including trading losses, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or reputational harm.

You agree to indemnify and hold SherAlgo harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of services, legal violations, or breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of breach, abuse, fraud risk, chargeback misuse, or legal necessity. Obligations that should survive termination remain enforceable.

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction designated by SherAlgo. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings where legally permissible.

SherAlgo may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
