Who We Are

SherAlgo is a small team of traders and developers who build execution tools for the MT5 platform. We are not a signal service, not a hedge fund, and not a marketing funnel for a "get rich" course. We ship software that helps discretionary traders click fewer buttons and make fewer mistakes when the market is moving fast.

We believe the edge in retail trading rarely comes from a better indicator. It comes from clean execution, consistent risk sizing, and the discipline to close a trade the way you planned to close it. That belief shapes every decision we make about what goes into LayerPro and what stays out.

Why We Built LayerPro

LayerPro started as an internal tool. We were trading MT5 manually across several pairs, scaling into positions in layers, and adjusting stops as price moved. The native MT5 order window is powerful, but it was never designed for traders who open three partial entries, move a stop to breakeven, and trail the runner, all inside a two-minute window. We were fat-fingering lot sizes. We were forgetting to attach stops. We were calculating risk on a sticky note.

So we built a panel that sat on top of the MT5 chart and did the math for us. It grew into a full layering and scaling interface, then a position manager, then a risk console. After enough traders asked us for a copy, we decided to package it properly and release it as SherAlgo LayerPro. The product you see today is the same panel we still use on our own MT5 terminals every week.

SherAlgo LayerPro is also listed on the MQL5 Marketplace under product #173807 — the official MetaQuotes-operated marketplace for MT5 tools. The MQL5 listing provides an independently verifiable product record, customer reviews, and version history outside of our own website.

We have been actively developing and trading on MT5 since 2024. SherAlgo is independent, self-funded, and has no outside investors or partner brokers — we do not receive referral fees from any broker, prop firm, or third party. Every feature in LayerPro is shaped by what we actually use ourselves.

Who Uses LayerPro

LayerPro is built for traders who already have a strategy and want cleaner execution of it. That includes retail discretionary traders running MT5 on a broker account, prop-firm traders working through FTMO-style, The5%ers-style, and MyForexFunds-successor challenges, and swing traders who scale into positions across multiple entries and manage them over days rather than minutes. If you trade manually on MT5 and you regularly layer, scale, or partial, LayerPro was designed for you.

Our Philosophy

We care more about execution discipline than prediction. LayerPro is a tool, not a signal provider. It will not tell you when to buy, when to sell, or which pair to trade. It will help you place the trade you already decided to place, size it correctly, and manage it without manual math. We do not guarantee profits, we do not publish win-rate claims, and we do not run a "copy our trades" service. Profitability on MT5 depends on your strategy, your risk management, and market conditions. Our job is to make the mechanical side of your trading less error-prone.

Available On

You can get LayerPro directly from sheralgo.com, or through the MQL5 Marketplace under product ID #173807. It runs on any MT5 broker and any account type (standard, raw spread, ECN, cent, demo) and does not require a specific broker relationship. If your broker supports MT5 and allows EAs on the account, LayerPro will run.

Our Commitment

SherAlgo does not publish win-rate guarantees, fabricate backtest curves, or run affiliate programs that pay brokers for referrals. We do not trade against our customers, do not operate a broker, and do not provide signal services. Every claim on this site refers to the tool's technical functionality, not predicted trading outcomes.
