Using SherAlgo LayerPro does not guarantee profitable trading outcomes. The tool assists with order placement, lot sizing, and position management based on parameters you configure. The accuracy of those parameters, the appropriateness of your trading strategy, and your risk management discipline determine your actual trading results.

3. No Profit Guarantee

SherAlgo makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees — express or implied — that use of LayerPro will result in profitable trading. Any historical examples, trade scenarios, or illustrative results shown on this website or in product documentation are for educational purposes only and do not represent actual trading results achieved by SherAlgo or its users.

Past performance — whether actual, backtested, or hypothetical — is not indicative of future results. Market conditions change continuously and a strategy that performed well historically may not perform well in the future.

4. Suitability

6. Broker and Platform Risk

SherAlgo LayerPro operates through the MetaTrader 5 platform via your chosen broker. The execution quality, spread, slippage, and availability of your trades are determined by your broker, not by SherAlgo. SherAlgo is not responsible for broker errors, platform outages, connection failures, or any losses resulting from broker-side issues.

7. Prop Firm Risk

If you use SherAlgo LayerPro on a proprietary trading firm (prop firm) evaluation or funded account, you do so at your own risk. SherAlgo is not affiliated with any prop firm and cannot guarantee that the use of LayerPro complies with any specific prop firm's current rules and policies. Prop firm rules change frequently. Always verify compliance with your prop firm directly before using any software on a challenge or funded account.

Failure to pass a prop firm challenge, or loss of a funded account, due to any cause — including the use of SherAlgo LayerPro — is not grounds for a refund under our standard refund policy, unless the refund is within the 7-day window specified in our Refund Policy.
