Refund Policy
Formal rules for digital purchase refunds, eligibility, review procedure, and billing dispute handling.

Digital Product Nature
SherAlgo products are digital software goods delivered electronically. Due to immediate accessibility and potential license activation upon delivery, purchases are generally final.

General Refund Position
Refunds are not normally granted for change of preference, strategy changes, expected profitability differences, broker-specific conditions, platform configuration errors, or user-side technical setup issues.

Potentially Eligible Cases
A refund may be considered for verified duplicate charges, billing system errors, or confirmed non-delivery directly attributable to SherAlgo internal failures.

Request Deadline
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the original payment date, unless a longer period is required under mandatory consumer protection law.

Required Information
Requests must include full name, order email, payment reference ID, purchase date, and a clear written reason with supporting evidence where applicable.

Review Procedure
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. SherAlgo may request additional records, verification documents, and logs before issuing a final decision.

Approved Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment channel where possible. Processing timelines depend on payment processors, banks, card networks, and applicable regional rules.

Chargebacks and Disputes
If a payment dispute is initiated without prior support contact, service access may be temporarily restricted while case review is in progress. We strongly recommend contacting support first for faster resolution.

Fraud and Abuse Safeguards
SherAlgo reserves the right to reject refund requests involving policy abuse, fraudulent behavior, materially inconsistent account activity, or misrepresentation.

Policy Changes
This policy may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of request evaluation applies unless superseded by mandatory law.
